The equipment needed to test for COVID-19 wasn't available to the Falklands until May. But what does that mean and why couldn't testing be done on the Islands before? Kim Finlayson is the Laboratory Manager of the only hospital in the Falklands. She talks through the principles and specifics of testing for the virus in her lab.
