You must be able to work alone and as part of a team, therefore it is essential that you can show that you are self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.  You should also be able to prioritise your workload and use editorial judgment to ensure that news stories are accurately reported in a timely manner.  You must also be able to meet tight deadlines on a daily basis.
