Presenter Profile

Megan Harris joined the news team in 2022 as a trainee and was promoted to the post of broadcast journalist a year later. She is studying with the NCTJ for her diploma in journalism.

She has a keen interest in all things political and represented the Falkland Islands at the 2022 Commonwealth Youth Parliament in Trinidad and Tobago.

Outside of work she is a busy mum who enjoys time outside with her dog Blue.

Megan has an eclectic taste in music, which has evolved over the years. She’s a big fan of 60s music, classic rock, alternative pop/punk and metal.
