General complaints should be made to the Station Manager.
Complaints about the news should be made to the News Editor and copied to the Station Manager (if made by email).
Complaints about music shows/presenters should be made to the Content Lead and copied to the Station Manager.
We will review your complaint and we aim to respond to you within three to five working days. If you do not believe that your complaint has been dealt with adequately, you may then direct it to a member of the Media Trust.
Complaints which are abusive will not be dealt with.
